Fennel and Potatoes with a southern touch (for 2)
Wash the fennel and potatoes but leave the skin on.
Cut the potatoes in two and the fennel in 4.
Put on the sheet along with the spices, herbs and olive oil.
Tie it up put in the oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
Serve warm with fish or a vegetable salad.
Spicy and sweet beetroots (for 2)
Peel the beetroot but leave 1 cm of the leaves.
If the beetroot is big, cut it in 4
Put it on the aluminium sheet along with the olive oil, honey and spices.
Close the sheet and put in the oven, 200°C for about 30 minutes.
Serve the beetroots with meat, fish or quinoi.
